Terms and Conditions

All of or products are made especially for you at the time of your order, including non monogrammed items. We provide pictures, descriptions and physical sizes of each of our products in the description area. If you don't see your actual product listed it is unavailable.


If your screen or monitor isn't calibrated the colors you see on your screen may not look like the actual printed color.    Even when we're trying to match paint color, the printed color won't match exactly.  So we're sorry,  but we can't give you a refund if the color isn't what you expected.


We do not allow refunds unless there is a manufacturer's defect. In the event there is a defect in your product you can contact us for a return authorization. A photo of the defect will be required before authorization.

 Since each item has a specific name or initials or colors and patterns that you chose it's unlikely that we'd be able to re-sell it so please don't ask to return it or ask for a refund if you don't like it.  We made it for you and we wouldn't be able to do anything with it if you sent it back.

*** If your item is damaged in the manufacturing process, meaning mainly if there are colors where they aren't supposed to be, like a big ink splatter, send us a picture so we can determine if it  something that can be replaced.


You may cancel your order at any time prior to production.  If you decide to cancel your order after we've started working, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00, or if you fail to submit your proof response within 15 days, you will be charged a design/cancellation fee of $20 for the initial proof, plus $5 for each proof revision, solely for the purpose of covering the time necessary to prepare your design.  Approval proofs qualify as starting working.  The remainder of your purchase price will be refunded to your credit card.

Once your order has been sent to our printer we won't be able to cancel your order.
